One out of many...

Like anything else on the car, the radiator and oilcooler need to be restored, to this I chosed a company outside Copenhagen, they have done a radiator for my Fiat Dino 2400 Coupé some years ago, and it came back like new, So I thought that I would give them this challenge..

The radiator unit will be replaced with a new and more efective one, actually the new core offers around 30% more cooling than the original one and still in the original frame.

It´s more difficult with the oilcooler, as the core used for this aren´t availble anymore, and it will requires another setup, and this will reflect on the original look not to mention the way it will be mounted back in the car again, so that is a no-go.

Instead they will try to pressure test it, seeing if it will hold pressure, if so, they will continue with a chemical cleaning of the internals of core.

If that goes as planned, it will be re-used as it is.

So, soon I will have some restored parts ready for the car..
