Quite exited...

This morning I took one of the rear brake calipers and startet cleaning it, just to see how much work there where lurkin ahead and at the same time trying to figure out what state they are in.

And I must say, I´m quite exited how little work they need and how original they are, the yellow factory markings and red stamping are still pressent, and I´m in bit of a pain, if I should take them appart and have them zink plated as they where when new or simply just clean them and install new and more modern cylinders?

I also took one of the alu bloks for one of the engine mounts, some of the rubber mounts are in a pretty bad state, and I will replace them all, once the engine are back from rebuild.

But 5 minuttes work in the Aqua-Knife and the aluminum block was like new again, just another €100 well saved.

I´m pretty optimistic that I´m going to enjoy the restoration of this car.
